Helping a friend can be an emotional time. It's important to make sure you're ok too. By taking care of yourself, you're better able to take care of your friends.
Here are some ways you can get support:

Take a break to relax
Be active or exercise regularly
Do the things you enjoy
Ask for help if you need it
