My family doesn't have a lot of money. It's just Mum and my two brothers. It doesn’t leave any extra for things like new clothes. People at school don't understand because they're from rich families. I feel like an outcast most of the time.
I have one friend who is nice to me and she tells me that clothes and new stuff don't matter.
I’ve been trying to help out and get a job and applied for 16 jobs recently, but so far I haven’t had any interviews. My parents put every cent they have into my education. I know there’s no easy solution to this but I’m so glad I’ve had my Kids Helpline Counsellor to talk to. It’s made such a big difference in my life!
