Breeze- Mood Tracker Diary
The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioural psychotherapy and contains four main features. Breeze gives a user more awareness about their emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. A negative thought tracker helps to learn new habits and be aware of negative beliefs and patterns in thinking to help improve the emotional state of the user.

The Breeze offers an extensive mood tracker ‘emotion’ list and is a helpful tool for tracking activities and feelings that correspond to your mood. The app only offers a small amount of activities and users are only allowed to complete one a day.
