Learning to love your body
It’s OK to be and look different! It’s what makes us special.
All bodies are special and nobody’s perfect! We come in all different shapes, sizes and colours. This means that there’s nobody like you. You are one of a kind.
No two bodies are the same – we’re all unique!
All bodies work differently. Some kids have to be extra clever just to do everyday things. No matter how different we are, we’re all special and deserve to be loved.
We’re all different and that’s something to be proud of.
Sometimes people say hurtful things about how others look. That’s not ok. Don’t be afraid to disagree with mean comments. Try to turn a negative into a positive!
You don’t have to be perfect – you just have to be YOU!
Bodies are great, but how you look is NOT what’s important about you. What makes you an amazing person is who you are, what you do and how you treat others.
