I tried pot because my boyfriend was doing it. I got addicted. Thankfully my best friend talked me out of it. I broke up with him and my life is back on track.
I was a 'party girl' and 'getting messy' was my thing. But I didn't need to drink to be liked. I learnt to accept myself and find friends who accepted me.
I was getting so drunk I had no control over what I was doing. I was unhappy with myself. With support I fixed the issues the lead me to drink to stopped.
At the age of 16 I started smoking pot. I met a girl who made me realise I didn't need pot to be happy. I needed to heal and move on.

My Sex Doctor aims to provide young adults with information about a range of sexual educational topics including puberty, relationships, sex and sexual health. This information is presented in a Q&A format with the content written in a sensitive way. The downside to this app is that it's American based and some of the terminology or practices mentioned are not relevant here in Australia.

Cracks in the Ice has a wealth of trusted and evidence-based information on Ice for a number of different community members. While scoring low on engagement, the app has done well to present this information in a clear and concise way.

A well designed self-monitoring app to help track and monitor eating habits along with thoughts and feelings. It has a great array of features including strategies and motivational affirmations. Would be a great tool to be used in conjunction with therapy.

I was pushing myself to work and study - I didn't let up. I was stressed all the time. You don't need to put yourself under that much pressure.
Having a balance is what's important. Eating healthy meals and doing regular exercise (for me it was running). Don't underestimate the effect of stress on your body. Find out what you can do to keep stress under control in a healthy way.
