I tried pot because my boyfriend was doing it. I got addicted. Thankfully my best friend talked me out of it. I broke up with him and my life is back on track.
I was a 'party girl' and 'getting messy' was my thing. But I didn't need to drink to be liked. I learnt to accept myself and find friends who accepted me.
I was getting so drunk I had no control over what I was doing. I was unhappy with myself. With support I fixed the issues the lead me to drink to stopped.
At the age of 16 I started smoking pot. I met a girl who made me realise I didn't need pot to be happy. I needed to heal and move on.

Lots of information on this, not sure if it would be overwhelming to the average user or more of a resource that people would use to learn more as oppose to using for help.
Cracks in the Ice has a wealth of trusted and evidence-based information on Ice for a number of different community members. While scoring low on engagement, the app has done well to present this information in a clear and concise way.

A well designed self-monitoring app to help track and monitor eating habits along with thoughts and feelings. It has a great array of features including strategies and motivational affirmations. Would be a great tool to be used in conjunction with therapy.

After a while it all got out of control. Eventually I made things worse for myself because I was getting so drunk I had no control over what I was doing. I was making mistakes that made me feel worse about myself. My silly solution to make things better and give me confidence to handle social situations was to drink more. Everyone began to know me as a 'party animal’, and 'getting messy' was my thing. Of course the drinking didn't fix anything and when my problems remained I got even more down on myself.
