ClearlyMe, developed by the Black Dog Institute, is a clinically informed digital mental health app designed for young people experiencing symptoms of anxiety and low mood. It uses evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, including interactive tools, mood tracking, and guided activities, to help users build coping skills and improve emotional wellbeing. The app is self-paced, youth-friendly, and designed to support early intervention and ongoing self-management.
