One of our friendly counsellors will read your email and send you a reply. They may give suggestions and ask you questions.

  • Things you might want to know

We are here to talk with you and listen. We won’t tell anybody what you say to us and our conversations
are always private. The only time this might change is if we think you or someone else might be in danger. In these cases we have a responsibility to protect you.

We’ve got a system here that keeps track of what we are doing. It helps you, because it means our team can quickly know what you’ve been talking about before.

By keeping a copy , we make sure we are doing the right thing for you and it helps us improve. Check out our privacy policy for more information.

We protect the information you provide us on our end with a whole heap of really strict security and great encryption. Only our team can access the information and don’t share it with others – unless we think you are in danger – because we have a responsibility to protect you.

What happens when I email?

As soon as we get your email we’ll send you a reply to let you know it’s arrived.
A counsellor will then write back to you as soon as possible.
If you’d like more information, check out our FAQ section.
