The app offers nice audio and gratitude practices, but the functionality of this app is a little hard to understand and the ‘insight’ aspect is confusing and almost tedious.

Users are able to select from topics that are most relevant to them and are guided through expert insights to create positive change. The app also offers audio options for relaxation! User friendliness could be improved through greater structure in content display.
