Really great app. Can change courses to what you would like to work on. Really enjoy the 'instant help' component. Good breathing exercises and videos.
Pocketcoach is an excellent app containing a wealth of resources to help with various mental health issues, including anxiety. Friendly design, very accessible and non-stigmatising language and lovely structure of the exercises. Lots of free content, but access to further paid content is also available at a reasonable price.

I have used this app for the last 3 years and it is the best mental health app by far! It's very visually appealing and had excellent tools to help manage stress and anxiety. Would recommend this app to anyone.
Sanvello provides you clinically proven techniques for dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions through daily mood tracking, guided journeys, coping tools, and even integrates with Apple Health! Sober Grip is a good quality app that creates a space for users to connect and keep track of their sobriety. The app relies on users actively engaging with others and doesn’t offer much beyond community connection. Although the design is simple, the app provides what it claims to offer and could be recommended to young adults.
Sober Grid offers global community connection for users seeking support for sobriety. The app uses a news feed-similar to Facebook- where users can share experiences, create group chats, connected with local peers, and discuss strategies to help motivate each other towards goal achievement. Users are able to create a detailed Profile and earn badges acknowledging progress achievements. An affiliate link to AA is provided but there is little offered with regard to educational resources.

One year when we were finally in the same class I saw her with two different girls - they were chatting and ignored me as I walked past. I was broken. We got to choose where we sat and she went with another girl. I sat next to the last girl left, Alice. Her best friend was sitting with another girl too. But I was cautious. I was expecting a fight, but it didn't happen.

After a while it all got out of control. Eventually I made things worse for myself because I was getting so drunk I had no control over what I was doing. I was making mistakes that made me feel worse about myself. My silly solution to make things better and give me confidence to handle social situations was to drink more. Everyone began to know me as a 'party animal’, and 'getting messy' was my thing. Of course the drinking didn't fix anything and when my problems remained I got even more down on myself.
