I am bisexual. People said I was gay but 'in denial about it'. Now I know to accept my feelings. I cannot help what I feel. Ignore the haters.
The app provides short activities to help reduce negative thoughts and promotes positive self-talk. It is really basic and not very entertaining but may be useful for a few minutes a day to encourage positive thinking.
This app focuses on challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and providing users with positive thoughts through reframing statements. The app aims to help users better manage a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns and is simple to use. Content is limited and there is not psychoeducation provided around the purpose of thought challenge, but worth trying as users may find statements helpful.

This app has some confusing elements, but really good concepts overall and I would recommend it to others.
A user friendly app that focuses on challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and providing users with positive thoughts to help better manage a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. The design makes the app easy to use, but the information can become repetitive and tedious. There seems to be little education to highlight the reasons why a user’s belief might be unhelpful, and there appears to be cultural considerations given to suggestions. Overall, the app is worth exploring but may not be suited to users who are disengaged within 10 minutes.

Partially, I realised that I was genderqueer - but more than this, I felt so angry at everything. I couldn't pay attention. Couldn't sit still. Kept getting in trouble at school. All the while somehow convincing my parents and friends that I was still this perfect kid. That everything was fine.

I thought that it was a bit weird and I tried to hide it by getting a girlfriend so that none of my friends thought that I was weird. My friends used to make jokes about gay people and I would just go along with them to not act weird.

I'm bisexual and I distanced myself from others. Now I realise being bisexual doesn't make me weird. Good friends accept me for who I am!
All my life I thought I was gay but didn't want to tell anyone. Reading about it and getting advice helped. I got the guts to tell everyone - so glad I did!
I was called 'gay' and other names. Told to die and that I was worthless. I got help to ignore the haters. I'm much happier now and can control my depresison.
Offers a wide range of information on sexuality, identity, safe practices and problems. An excellent information resource.
My Sex Doctor aims to provide young adults with information about a range of sexual educational topics including puberty, relationships, sex and sexual health. This information is presented in a Q&A format with the content written in a sensitive way. The downside to this app is that it's American based and some of the terminology or practices mentioned are not relevant here in Australia.
