There isn't just one type of job or study area - there's so much choice. I tried a few things before I settled on the right thing for me.
My first job wasn't my dream job. But it was a springboard to where I want to be.
I took non-paid volunteer roles after school to get skills for when I graduate. It helped me learn what I liked and didn't like. And I built a good work ethic.
I understand now that people process their emotions differently. When my friends fight I get they might not be ready to talk for a while.
I value my friends a lot but keeping the right people around me is important and it's ok to say no to some people.
When I feel stress it usually makes me eat unhealthy. Just making an effor to eat nutritious meals or going for a walk helps.
I didn't understand how much food could affect my moods. When I started eating better I felt better too.
Hanging out with different people from all around the world taught me to embrace other cultures and appreciate my own heritage
I was not sure if I could find friends after moving countries. Joining interest groups outside of school helped me break out of my shell.
Negative thoughts became self harming. I made a mistake by not telling anyone cause that made it worse. Finding ways to cope with the feelings helped.
