Bloom is a well-designed, easy to use app, that provides users with CBT-based exercises to help target a diverse range of mental health presentations. A paid App, but $10/month does not seem unreasonable for the amount of content that is offered.

MindDoc used to be called Moodpath and is a well-established app. It offers a professional mental health assessment, a wide range of learning modules, and a mental health tracker. Beautifully designed!

The app provides users with an assessment of general emotional health after 14 days which is useful for indicating if further mental health care support may be needed.

An amazing CBT and DBT focused app that empathically supports users with their emotions - primarily through chatbot. An option is also available to pay for live therapy sessions with qualified Psychologists. Support exercises, techniques, and strategies are provided to assist users with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, loneliness, trust, and many more. The app chatbot Wysa also has a blog that provides information for users wanting to learn more about their concerns. One of the best mental health apps available!
