If I had a chance to talk to someone earlier I would have. Because all you need is for someone to listen.
Sattva provides a plethora of mindfulness, meditation and other exercises. It has a heavy focus on "community" engagement and overall is the most engaging meditation app. Although there is a focus on paid content, the free content is also of a high standard.
Sattva is a mindfulness app which provides users with mindfulness-based activities such as meditations, chants, music and the ability to create their own library of meditations. It also incorporates social media elements and users can make "friends", join "lounges" and see a "live feed" of other users' activities. There are also gamified elements such as "trophies" which can be unlocked by users who have completed activities.

The app follows a very basic design and while not entirely ugly, lacks visual appeal. The mood tracking features chart the data in a satisfactory way (line graph). The app also has a feature titled "Everyone" which is a feed of all users current moods. Generally I found this feature to be mostly positive and it was reassuring to see there was a fair assortment of positive and negative "moods". The app also allows the user to select a anonymous name to use on their account. Although the visual design is lacking, overall I would use this app on a casual basis.
Moodtrack diary is organised as a forum which users can state their moods in a similar way to a Facebook "post" . Others with the app can see their updates and reply to them. This forum side of the app appears to be unmoderated. It is recommended that users be cautious of this as content could be triggering or not reportable.

Very professional and usable - graphically and mechanics-wise. It is very specific to bipolar disorder. The questions asked seem to be taken from a standardised measure for bipolar, but provides good trackers. Would definitely recommend this app.
eMoods has been designed for individuals with bipolar disorder to track their symptoms, medication and mood. It is a great tool for those with a diagnosis of bipolar.
