This app is not a downloadable app but rather a website optimised for mobile use. It has an initial dashboard with several options. After clicking one of these options, the app asks some qualifying questions then loads a list of services related to the initial option selected in the users local area. Excellent service.
This is a website that is optimised for people looking for support with housing, meals, healthcare, counselling, legal advice, addiction treatment and more. It provides links to services and support.

Sattva provides a plethora of mindfulness, meditation and other exercises. It has a heavy focus on "community" engagement and overall is the most engaging meditation app. Although there is a focus on paid content, the free content is also of a high standard.
Sattva is a mindfulness app which provides users with mindfulness-based activities such as meditations, chants, music and the ability to create their own library of meditations. It also incorporates social media elements and users can make "friends", join "lounges" and see a "live feed" of other users' activities. There are also gamified elements such as "trophies" which can be unlocked by users who have completed activities.

The app follows a very basic design and while not entirely ugly, lacks visual appeal. The mood tracking features chart the data in a satisfactory way (line graph). The app also has a feature titled "Everyone" which is a feed of all users current moods. Generally I found this feature to be mostly positive and it was reassuring to see there was a fair assortment of positive and negative "moods". The app also allows the user to select a anonymous name to use on their account. Although the visual design is lacking, overall I would use this app on a casual basis.
Moodtrack diary is organised as a forum which users can state their moods in a similar way to a Facebook "post" . Others with the app can see their updates and reply to them. This forum side of the app appears to be unmoderated. It is recommended that users be cautious of this as content could be triggering or not reportable.

Very professional and usable - graphically and mechanics-wise. It is very specific to bipolar disorder. The questions asked seem to be taken from a standardised measure for bipolar, but provides good trackers. Would definitely recommend this app.
eMoods has been designed for individuals with bipolar disorder to track their symptoms, medication and mood. It is a great tool for those with a diagnosis of bipolar.

Way of Life follows a simple formula and works almost flawlessly. The data entry is simple and easy to understand. The charting is pleasant and the overall appeal of the app is of a high standard. I would see all audiences utilising this app.
This app is a basic behavioural activation tool, designed to allow users to choose behaviours they'd like to increase or decrease and track their ability to stick to these desired behaviours. It provides users with data and detailed stats which show their progress in increasing or decreasing the behaviour.

Pacifica combines the best of mindfulness with emotional boosters and mood tracking. The initial screen is a visually appealing sunset at the beach with the waves slowly rolling in. The options to collect health, thoughts, moods and goals and allow tracking of these are excellent. The app then has a plethora of mindfulness exercises to boost the user's emotions. Furthermore, the community forums are created in a friendly way and all users seem to be supportive of each other.
Pacifica is an app designed for daily use to help users reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety. The app can also be used with a therapist to help track behaviours and feelings while individuals are not in therapy sessions. The app provides users with a mood tracker, relaxation techniques, a community for peer support, customisable goals and progress reports.

A very well designed domestic violence app. The app functions almost flawlessly, is visually appealing and has smart features to reduce the user's risk of being caught using the app. Although the app is specifically aimed at females, it could be used by males as the resources regarding housing, abuse, legal services, etc offer both female specific options and non-gendered options. The quick exit feature immediately takes the user back to a screen that looks like the launch screen for a video game (my interpretation anyway). Highly recommend this app.
Daisy is an app designed to help women who have been affected by domestic violence, family violence and sexual assault. Daisy connects women to services that can help in these situations.
