I understand now that people process their emotions differently. When my friends fight I get they might not be ready to talk for a while.
I value my friends a lot but keeping the right people around me is important and it's ok to say no to some people.
When I feel stress it usually makes me eat unhealthy. Just making an effor to eat nutritious meals or going for a walk helps.
I didn't understand how much food could affect my moods. When I started eating better I felt better too.
Hanging out with different people from all around the world taught me to embrace other cultures and appreciate my own heritage
I was not sure if I could find friends after moving countries. Joining interest groups outside of school helped me break out of my shell.
Negative thoughts became self harming. I made a mistake by not telling anyone cause that made it worse. Finding ways to cope with the feelings helped.
My brother is very annoying he made me so angry. Learning to love him and not be angry all the time helped. And learning to love my new baby sister too!
I looked at myself in the mirror, my weight, my hair. I wanted to be perfect. I learnt that nobody's perfect and learnt to like the way I look regardless.
