A girl was nasty to me, endlessly teased me, it got worse by email and texts. I talked to my parents and moved schools which helped.
I have used this app for the last 3 years and it is the best mental health app by far! It's very visually appealing and had excellent tools to help manage stress and anxiety. Would recommend this app to anyone.

She would say I wish you weren't at this school, you have no friends, you are the worst kid in this school… Eventually, in term four, I told my teacher that she was doing it and as I was explaining it she didn't understand what I was saying.
After that I felt so much better. My teacher gave me a web address to use whenever I need to and that web address was Kids Helpline.

It gave me reasons to hate myself. I thought I was the reason why they divorced. I finished primary school and thought high school would be a blank slate, a fresh page or a new chapter. But in reality it was the catalyst to where I am now. I realised no one else was in charge of my happiness except for me. The catch… I'm bisexual and my mum has traditional views.

One year when we were finally in the same class I saw her with two different girls - they were chatting and ignored me as I walked past. I was broken. We got to choose where we sat and she went with another girl. I sat next to the last girl left, Alice. Her best friend was sitting with another girl too. But I was cautious. I was expecting a fight, but it didn't happen.

I finally had the courage to stand up for myself. Now looking back I had made myself suffer when all I had to do was tell someone and get advice on what to do.
If you are being bullied don't hesitate and get help and know what you can do about it. No matter how hard it is to believe it will get better.
I became the bully's target. I finally talked to someone. It made things a whole lot easIer. I made new friends and finally stood up to the bullies.

This one girl was nasty to me because I had a brown eye and a blue eye. Something that simple. She endlessly teased me and eventually started to call me far nastier things. I started getting depressed, I never wanted to go to school. I went as far as making myself vomit. But when I was at home they would send me emails and text messages. I started to have suicidal thoughts. One day I saw the ad for Kids Helpline.
